Introduction

The “Sea Design Award” 2024 (formerly Sea Design Contest in past editions) is the first international competition dedicated to the nautical sector launched by the Tigullio Design District and Nautic ONE, aimed at students, young graduates and new professionals under 30 from all over the world. The competition, now in its third edition, has grown rapidly, positioning itself as a point of reference for the marine sector and addressing the many young people who, with their innovative ideas, are facing a sector experiencing strong growth and rapid change, also according to the latest global trends linked to sustainability, innovation and environmental impact. We need design projects linked to the world of the sea capable of looking to the future, courageous and futuristic projects!

 What are we looking for

Tigullio Design District and Nautic One are looking for projects linked to the great themes of the sea, without particular restrictions relating to the category of product or service sought but united by their relevance to the nautical sector. It will therefore be possible to present, for example, a boat, a product, a service, an innovative system, a project linked to the protection of the marine environment or linked to the world of disability in aquatic contexts, solving problems linked to everyday life with proposals linked to design. in this sector.
